Terms & fair play

These are the rules for using GoofPark’s free browser games. Last updated: 8 October 2026. Questions can be sent through our contact page.

Playing on GoofPark

You may play the games for personal entertainment. There is no real-money betting, cash prize or promise that a score has financial value. If you are not old enough to understand these rules, ask a parent or guardian to help you.

Names, drawings and fair play

Only submit names and drawings you are entitled to share. Do not share someone’s private information, impersonate someone, harass other players, or submit unlawful or abusive content. Do not overload the service, bypass its protections or submit manipulated results.

You keep any rights you hold in your drawings. When you submit a drawing to an online race, you allow GoofPark to store and display it as needed to run that race and show its leaderboard. Names, drawings and scores submitted to public game features can be seen by others, as explained in the privacy policy.

We may remove inappropriate entries, reject invalid results or restrict access to protect the games and other players. A leaderboard name is a label, not a verified identity. Score checks reduce some forms of cheating but do not guarantee that every player is human or every match is error-free.

Availability and saves

We may update game rules, levels and leaderboards or discontinue a feature. Games can have bugs or interruptions, and we do not promise uninterrupted service or preservation of every save or score. Local saves depend on your browser and can be lost when site data is cleared.

Game content and outside services

Site materials are provided for play on this site. Do not claim authorship of someone else’s work, or redistribute material without permission from its rights holder. Third-party names belong to their owners; an independent game inspired by a puzzle format does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.

Links to outside sites, including our contact profile, lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Any future advertising will be identified as advertising and may link to third-party services.

Problems and updates

Contact the maker to report a bug, a public-content concern or a rights issue. We will update these rules when the service changes. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
