Include the game URL, the level if there is one, your browser and device, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help if it does not contain personal information. Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
If a leaderboard entry or drawing is offensive, shares personal information, or uses content you own without permission, tell us the game, the visible name, and the approximate time you saw it. We can review public content and remove entries when appropriate.
For a request about stored game data, start by asking for a private way to share the details. Do not post browser cookies, identity documents, addresses or other sensitive information publicly. We may need enough information to locate a record and verify that it belongs to you.
Clearing your browser’s site data removes local saves and its player identifier, but does not automatically delete scores already stored on the server. See our privacy policy for details.
